Xceed Sport is a Professional Coaching club based in Johannesburg - South Africa. We offer a variety of Coaching services world wide, helping athletes to achieve their personal goals and targets in the sports of Triathlon, Swimming, Cycling and Running.

We are here to help all athletes of all abilities and ages prepare themselves for their personal challenges, through our coaching sessions, workshops, training programs and training camps. We work very closely on a bespoke 1:1 service to all athletes.

This is so much more than coaching a sport. By helping athletes on their journey to their goals, we hope they can experience the other side of endurance sport which moulds them into becoming a better version of themselves.

Our coaching programs include:

 

  • A personalized Training Plan: Your coach will work with you to develop a training plan that is tailored to your specific needs and goals. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, we will create a plan that challenges you while also being sustainable and enjoyable. 

    Xceed athletes will have all their training data monitored daily through 'Training Peaks' and constructional feedback will be received, providing accountability, and an assurance that improvement is being made.

    Each athlete is different and because we realise that, athletes get individualised programs with their specific needs, goals and abilities in mind. Programs are data driven so that we can keep track of your fitness and performance, which works really well if you are on the other side of the globe! It is also a way for us to adjust your program so that you can peak at the right time and smash that race or personal best. Whatever your situation we want to make sure you are doing the most efficient training with your valuable time.  

  • Regular Check-Ins: We strongly believe that a coach should not just be someone who sends you your training program. Your coach will stay in touch with you throughout your training to provide guidance, feedback, and motivation. We believe that communication is key to success, and we are committed to being available and responsive to our athletes. There's no limit to this communication. 

 

  • Race Planning and Nutrition: We will help you plan and strategize for your upcoming races, taking into account factors such as course terrain, weather, and your own strengths and weaknesses. Nutrioin is the most important factor of any training and race. We will guide you trough the process.
